Open America closed Canada

I just finishd John Ibbitson's book and would recommend that it be made required reading for all high school students in Canada. As for comments, my initial proposal would be that we really work on making proportional representation a feature of our electoral system. Our basic goal should be to retain the collective which marks us as Canadian, while at the same time ensuring that our political institutions are much more representative than they are now.
